The L’Avyanna Pop-Up event, themed “Confidence with a Vibe,” brought together customers, beauty lovers and skin care influencers for an exciting celebration of individuality, confidence, and innovation at one of the brand’s stores at Osapa London, Lagos.

L’Avyanna Pop-Up Event: “Confidence with a Vibe” Celebrates Beauty, Confidence and Empowerment.

At the heart of the event was the unveiling of a Skinvibes Sheet Masks Collection, a range of high-performing, hydrating masks designed specifically to meet the needs of darker skin types while reflecting users’ unique personalities. Each mask contains 28g of serum, ensuring there’s enough excess for use on the neck (décolletage) and hands for a complete skincare experience. Variants of the collection include:

Baby Girl Vibes : Arbutin, Niacinamide, and Glutathione. Benefit: For radiant, glowing skin with a lightening complexion boost.

Rich Aunty Vibes : 4D Hyaluronic Acid and High-Potent Peptides. Benefit: Intense hydration and skin repair for a plumper, rejuvenated look.

Diva Vibes: Vitamin C and Raspberry Ketones. Benefit: Antioxidant-rich formula that brightens and evens the skin tone.

Good Vibes Only: Tea Tree Extract, Lactic Acid, and Salicylic Acid. Benefit: Anti-acne and oil-control properties to reduce breakouts and balance oily skin.

Lip Vibes (Lip Mask) : Hyaluronic Acid and Collagen. Benefit: Deeply hydrates and plumps the lips for a soft, supple finish.

Speaking at the event, Dr. May Ikeora, founder of L’Avyanna Skin  shared her journey, reflecting on her resilience and growth and her reasons for driving L’Avyanna’s innovation. She said that, “Everybody is in a different stage; you don’t know what the other person is dealing with. You still need to grow as a person. What do I do? I research. I go and check what’s new in the market, what are people doing, what are people loving, liking? When I travel to other countries, I check and see what’s out there. I get to know what’s new. And when I get excited about stuff, I want to share it. Skinvibes is one of my ways of sharing, it’s like sharing the gospel of beauty, and that’s what I do with L’Avyanna.”

A live demonstration of the Skinvibes Sheet Mask Collection was exhibited where Dr. May walked attendees through the product’s benefits and application, emphasizing its role in achieving a radiant, healthy complexion, especially for melanin-rich skin.

The event also introduced The Beautypreneur Initiative, a program designed to empower women, particularly university students, by transforming their love for skincare into thriving businesses. Participants in this initiative can earn commissions ranging from 7.5% up to 15% on product sales. Dr. May elaborated on her vision, stating that, “I found myself in L’Avyanna—not just finding people, but finding myself. Everything I do in L’Avyanna, I do for myself and for everybody. I have loved myself through L’Avyanna, and in that way, people have embodied this love for me.”

From the moment guests like Enioluwa and Beauty Tukura, L’ayanna’s brand ambassador, arrived in special outfits exploring their “vibes,” the atmosphere was lively with engaging activities, including trivia sessions, Q&A moments, fun giveaways, and exclusive pop-up discounts that allowed them shop their favorite L’Avyanna products.

Hosted by Pelumi Buari, the event featured an engaging panel discussion with Dr. May and Obis Ora, a top beauty influencer. Discussions focused on entrepreneurship, and the transformative power of beauty routines.

The Pop-up event was wrapped up with heartfelt closing remarks, leaving attendees empowered, and ready to embrace their unique beauty positively.
